How to Track Your Order: A Shopify Shipping and Logistics Tracking Guide

When you place an order in our Shopify store, we understand your eagerness to know when your items will arrive. To ensure you can always be updated about the status of your order and the estimated delivery times, we provide a detailed guide for shipping durations and tracking methods for different regions.

Shipping Time Overview

Our shipping times vary depending on your geographical location. Here are the estimated delivery times for major regions:

  • European Union: 1-2 weeks after dispatch.
  • USA: About 1 week after dispatch.
  • Southeast Asia: About 1 week after dispatch.
  • Middle East: 1-2 weeks after dispatch.
  • Australia and New Zealand: 1-2 weeks after dispatch.

Please note that the above times are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, customs inspections, etc.

How to Track Your Order

To keep you informed in real-time about the status of your order, we offer straightforward methods for logistics tracking:

Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and a unique order number.

Shipping Notification: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive another email containing a link and a tracking number for package tracking.

Using the Tracking Number: Click on the link in the email or visit the courier's website, and enter the provided tracking number to view the latest logistics information.

Innovoix Website Tracking: You can also directly visithttps://innovoix.com/pages/track-order for the latest updates on your order.

Estimated Arrival Time: The tracking information will display the estimated time of arrival of the package, allowing you to make necessary arrangements for receipt.

Return Policy

You can return eligible items within 7 days of receiving an order, with the exception of furniture and rugs. Items that are customized or special ordered are not eligible for return.

To initiate the return process, contact us at thibaud@innovoix.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason(s) for return request.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the following conditions: items must be returned unopened, sealed, unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as they were received.

InnovoiX does not offer free shipping on returns unless the product arrives damaged or the wrong item(s) is shipped to you. Please be sure to contact thibaud@innovoix.com to advise them of any damages or wrong items received. We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping so you can track return delivery, when returning item(s) with your own label.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund will be applied on the original form of payment within 14 days of receipt of item(s) to our warehouse.

We're packaging and shipping all your orders with the planet in mind. From the sealing tape (which is plant-derived and renewable) to the bubble wrap (made with 90% recycled content) and biodegradable packing peanuts (made of organic starch that decomposes in water leaving no toxic waste) that protects fragile items during shipping, and even the labels (plastic-free, 100% recycled and recyclable), every single packing material we use is as eco-friendly as possible. So don't be surprised if you notice that we've reused some of our brand partners' cartons — this also helps us keep waste to a minimum.
